the $3250 from penfed is good if you pay cash but if you finance, the APR right now is around 3.9%, over 60 month it is not a great deal compared to BMW low APR...

You need to run the numbers for your specific situation. Right now PenFed is at 2.89% for 60months and you can probably get a lower rate at another credit union. If you do finance with BMW then you still get $500 from the PenFed incentive.
