I have essentially the exact same timeframe for my 45e, dispatched from factory to me (in Portland) yesterday. BMW Genius gave estimated arrival in Kentucky on 11/21, and then something like 17 days by rail up to Renton (but noted these timeframes fluctuate quite a bit).
