I've heard some interesting theories about how they've done it. Between the type of weave of the CF, whether it's filled with some kind of thermal liquid or substance that changes once heated up, or if it just has a certain threshold well above the tests but just before racing condition forces where it deflects significantly. (ie, the wing may deflect at 300kg, but if the test is only conducted at 100kg then there will be minimal change)

Lets also not forget that even though they did double the test weight, they also doubled the acceptable deflection range.
