Rare (only a couple thousand M Coupes built, fewer than 700 with the S54), distinctive looks, solid performance with an established upgrade path and holding their value quite well after 10 years. A modern car with a vintage feel, and you'll rarely pass another on the road. Also pretty practical for a 2-seater, thanks to the hatch
