That's pricey for a 328GTS, if it were a GTB, that might be a little more fair. A friend had a 328GTS for a few years, it was fun, sounded and smelled great and wasn't too terribly bad on maintenance, for a Fezza. However an oil change required the motor coming out, and a simple stuck valve in the a/c system was a $2k quote from the dealer to fix.
As for the Z3 M Coupe, I have an S52 car, and many parts are already annoyingly hard/impossible to find, including any thing climate control related and nearly all things that make the coupe different from the roadster. Plus, I'd much prefer a convertible for a weekend/non-track car.
