I think the stock width of the 21” front wheel on the F95 is 10.5 and the stock tire width is 295. Could you put, for example, a tire with a width of 305 on that same wheel or would you have to get a wider wheel (e.g. 11)? I guess my question could go the other way too - could you put a 285 tire on a 10.5 wheel or would you need to go down to a 10 wheel?
I can’t imagine there is much leeway, but I was thinking there may be some without having to actually replace the wheel...maybe not though.

Depends on the tire. Manufacturer will specify rim width range that is compatible with each size tire. Usually a decent range.
