Strange.
L in position 10 is production year 2020

Position 10 is 0, 11 is L meaning Spartanburg.
If I consult websites that explain BMW VIN numbers I can match the old VIN but not that new VIN number with the 9 on position 11. I can't find what the 9 means.
A 45e with production in August 2019 had this VIN WBATA61080LZxxxxx. Position 10 is 0 meaning the year.
WBATA610509Dxxxxx has also 0 in position 10 and is produced in 2020.
D would mean Dingolfing on position 11.
I can't also fully decode my vin on mdecoder (I can only see it's X5 45e nothing else) and a US forum member who's car is also in production right now and with the same status can
fully decode his VIN on mdecoder (complete car specs and option list). Strange

Mine works in the Mdecoder.
Production date was 12 nov 2019.
It was delivered to me 23/12. But is was in Zeebrugge already 2 weeks earlier.
So a slightly shorter delivery time in normal times should be possible.
The engine is XB1. Displacement 0. Total power 394. So those are the combined electric and fuel numbers.
