Thanks for everyone's input. I surprised by the replies, maybe I am the only one. I am fairly easy fit with various car seats and have never had discomfort like this before. I work out several times a week and am active on a regular basis so It's not for a lack of exercise contributing. I will keep trying to find the sweet spot.
