Thats the key right there - how many people will be able to? OP with a 95% pay cut simply will not have the same spending power. Its almost socially irresponsible to advise him to spend $100k+ on a car right now.
95% down for two months and after that 6 months of 130% of normal workload due to the pent up demand.
People will still need dentists. Just an irrational fear.

If we don't create panic, business will go back to normal very quickly. If everyone gets scared, we're in trouble.
