It takes a certain amount of repairs or repeated repairs within a certain timeframe in order to trigger the lemon law, I would be very surprised if BMW offered to buy back a vehicle this early in it's life without a sustained pattern of defects. Other than complete drivetrain replacement or body damage, vehicles values rarely suffer from warranty repairs.
