Even if you return the lease with wheel spacer on, it won't be an issue.
The local dealer will just take those spacer and sell it and pocket the profit, or even just resell the car with it on.
I even saw customer who bought CPO with Dinan tune from previous owner and the dealer doesn't even tax him for it.
