Just dropped mine off this morning. There's a few internal service campaigns on the X5, well mine anyway. One being there's a DSC programming bulletin. He said they're going to go ahead and update everything that has an update as well as any programming updates mandated by BMW. The software version it's currently running is 11/2018.23.
As a side note... they gave me a '19 540i as a loaner... it just feels so dated... can't wait to get my G05 back
