Well they can't enforce one part of the "contract" but no another.
Yes it says non refundable - but if they don't honor the stated immediate rebate eligibly, they don't have a leg to stand on if I dispute membership fee.
NEW UPDATE: Purchase a three-year membership or longer, and immediately meet the membership qualification for the Membership Reward Rebate Program!
