This worked for me.
I pretend I am going to get another BMW I never considered in my life. Like the M8 or the M4 or pick something similar like the 2021 M4 and start doing your research and create a build journal as if you are going to buy it. May be even go in for a test drive or two in the weekends. Time flies and it's a better way to keep your mind off the car entering production any day.
