I have had Oyster in my BMW, Tartufo in my Cayenne, and Pebble Gray (same as Oyster pretty much) in my 911. None have been especially difficult to keep clean. Kids in all of them all the time.
This, have it in my C63, have had very light interiors in previous BMW's and with kids, it is the same to clean. It is coated (re painted) leather, it wipes up easy and color really doesn't make a difference in effort, it only makes a difference in you seeing it is dirty say compared to black.

Jeans are the worst offender but cleanup easy with the right products. If you want to literally do nothing, then just get black and pretend it is clean because you can't see all the dirt.
