It is not something that you did or the tune. The OEM pulley is of poor quality.
Thank you for the support...seriously...I nearly cried tonight...but there is no crying in BMW ownership...so I toughed it out.... i am still a bit terrified that a pump isnt locked up which tore up the pulley.

I know you made a comment in the big thread about changing belts when they slip....thing is...teh belts arent slipping....nothing is moving at all...the only thing moving is the shaft under the harmonic balancer...so im probably going to leave my belts...esp the a/c one... unless you tell me the process of changing this thing requires AC belt to be removed..
