Thank you both for the honest feedback. I do wonder why BMW didn't go with air suspension or at a minimum a few clicks down on the softness scale. As Alan mentioned Porsche/Audi do use air and when done right it can be very potent. Seems like it would fix the (2) major concerns with the X5M, ride height and firmness. Thank you again guys.
