Edit: It could be that TrueCar hasn't updated the template yet since printing a certificate directly from their site also doesn't have MY22. See attached. It is highly unlikely that BMW ended the military incentive starting with MY22, your dealer should contact BMWFS to verify that the Type J incentive is available for MY22.

Yeah, thank you, that's exactly the same form I printed out and emailed to the dealership they refused. I was thinking about calling PenFed and asking them about 2022, but it sounds like most people in this thread do not have any problems with theirs.
