I know this is an old post but looking at the options there, the one circled is for "vehicles with iconic glow = no" which means its for vehicles that don't have iconic glow.
So of the 3 part numbers listed, the first one is the silver (Beleuchtet) glowing grille, the second is the shadowline (HGL Schwarz) non-glowing grille, and the third one (circled) is the non-glowing, non-shadowline grille I believe.
