If they have to spray something you will see it. I had a door repaired and sprayed on a black X6. Good job, I didn't see a difference but if the car is standing in sun light the sprayed door pops out. It has a completely different shine than the rest of the car.
I can live with that when I used the car and after a repair, but on brand new car. I don't know.
