So the solution...... was these grimmspeed hardened poly exhaust hangers. Also 38mm from post to post...... with a 12mm post hole. Although, I believe the OEM BMW posts are 10.5mm. 12mm holes worked fine though.

These however..... will not stretch like the OEM rubber hangers.

Notice that they look exactly the same when weighted (not stretched)... and after installed, they center the pipes nicely between the top and bottom of the exhaust shroud.
