I was after the same.... figured it out myself...
You have to take off the two deep end braces. I took off all 4 to make it easier.
Loosen the screws on the 4 clamps (2 on each side). Once loose, slide the rubber sleeve off to the lower part (away from the intake box). Unscrew the few screws on each intake box (i think 6 on each side)(note, the screws dont come out, they stay attached to the cover). Lift cover. Replace dropin filter. Reverse all steps.
