Base for 330i is $32,300, vice $36,600 base in U.S. Options cost the same. Around $2,100 for shipping and import tax makes it a net savings for military of about $2,200 off MSRP. Active duty military and DOD civilians (I think) are eligible if they are on written orders for at least 24 hours outside the U.S. I believe diplomats also have a similar program.
