AR, My bet a NDA was signed or this multiple X5 owner has enough common sense not to burn bridges with his selling dealer nor BMW NA.

he can say he signed one and I'd definitely understand. I've had to sign one before on another vehicle which I can't mention for obvious reasons. my selling dealer and I have a good relationship the only is is they're in Maryland. I never said anything to BMW NA in poor taste, so when they stopped communicating I was genuinely surprised which is a shame. |
