That's how much I pay for a 2020 40i with a MSRP of 78k with 10k/year. You need to try and get more discount off the MSRP. It looks like it's only a 9% off and he bumped the MF to .00145 instead of the base .00128. Lease outside of NY to bring the MF down by putting a security deposit.
