FYI my deal I did last week is for a 77,395k MSRP for 812 a month $0 down not even first month. A true sign & drive.
I saw your deal breakdown on the other thread. Your residual is about 4% ahead of mine because you got an xDrive with only 7,500 miles/year and I'm getting an sDrive with 12,000 miles/year. Does the $812/month include 9.5% (or something comparable) in sales tax like mine does or is that the base payment? Comparing apples to apples your deal is likely better because of the discount you received off the MSRP (13.5% vs. 10.8% for mine). I don't think any SoCal dealer would be willing to give me 13.5%, unfortunately. And I typically am not a fan of putting anything down when leasing. I always roll everything in and just sign and drive (35 payments), but I figured I'd be getting $1,000 back from CCA membership and I'm skipping 2 payments on my current X5 payment ($750) because it's being transferred to someone else, so I'm technically breaking even. Sure I could put the $2,500 somewhere else and MAYBE get money on it. But I'd rather have a sub-$800 payment with taxes included.
