I've had many conversations with the neighborhood husbands when we have BBQ get togethers who all are alot younger than me but look much older than me are shocked when they find out how old i am and the fact i'm in much better shape than them. not bragging or anything but i always seem to have these conversations a lot. i'll be honest, i don't know if it's because i go to the gym to stay fit and i take care of myself or my friends just let themselves go and it shows? i dunno? anyone else in the same boat?
