What I would be more worried for a long-keep car with modern BMWs and particularly the electronic/software "flagship" G05 is ... electronics/software. Both hardware and software on these cars is evolving quickly and even less than 2-year old cars still well in warranty are already being left behind. 10-15 years?

I don't care too much about the electronics in the car. As long as the bluetooth works, i'm fine. In the articles i showed, BMW is also being sued because the newer N63 engines fail to address the excess oil consumption issues. there isn't much more electronic wise that they could add that would make me worry about missing out.
