Sounds like that release was not for the North American market. Not sure about the seats but disappointed in the lack of availability of the upgraded suspension on the 40i, at least for now.

With it being December now have this been confirmed as a no go for the U.S? If so, It’s a thank you BMW from our Porsche dealer...
