45e isn't available yet in the US. My SA keeps sending me updates, but even he has no idea when BMWNA will release it. I think the 45e is at 394hp, and has a larger battery pack than the Cayenne E Hybrid. I did drive a 745e and the system is smooth and should translate over to the G05 pretty well. After driving the Cayenne against the V8 G05 though, there is no way the 45e will handle near as well. Ultimately you should test drive one of each, hopefully optioned as close to what you want. I had pretty much just assumed the G05 would be my next vehicle, and fourth BMW, but the test drives changed my mind.
