I think the problem is from your previous post, your request is not clear. Maybe language barrier involved, but I can't decipher what feature you are talking about?
If you mean selecting a default drive mode, starting with the car in Sport, Comfort, Eco etc. Yes, that can be coded, but I don't think we can code to remember what the last mode you used and startup in that mode again.
Now if you are talking about Auto Start-Stop (car shuts off when at a stop light etc.). Yes we can code that to remember the last used setting and retain it through ignition cycles.
If neither of the above, you will need to better explain the feature you are interested in.
