All G05s support remote Starting, its a feature of iDrive 7 and the car's ECU, so its a function of SOFTWARE not hardware.
The capability is rolled out based on Country and local regulations and security concerns - since its all based around ConnectedDrive.
I'm in Australia, and BMW Australia hasn't enabled it locally here yet, but we're told its coming.
