Exactly, new builds are always immune from recalls (or they're not built/delivered), but, of course, BEVs/PHEVs/MHEVs in general will always be more vulnerable to recalls as it's tricky tech because it's new.
I thought they were using the same set up as the 745e (just larger battery packs)? That has been out for over a year. It is concerning that all these issues are cropping up once US sales started, wonder if the line is moving too quickly and quality control is suffering?
