The only exception is carbon ceramic brake discs which are not available and extremely expensive.

Ya the discs I am sure will rust - I usually paint them as soon as I get any car (they used to coat the hubs years ago but not anymore. My issue is the brake calipers are rusty and look like crap also on my F15.
