Looks like the ACS lip to me but without the sailpanel outboard on the sides.

Its pretty close not. Biggest difference is that the ACS has 4 "slits" or vertical bars in the front (sorry don't know the correct terminology) and his only has 3. Would be nice to know which make that is tho. Doesn't look too bad.
