Sorry for late reply guys, this is not ACH (way too expensive) . The front lip is from China, with shipping for $500 made of fiber glass. It’s not bad for that price and i just want to try so i dont want to spend too much. The lip is the same with all russian body kits i guess it from the same source.
Ok back to the lip. It’s wont be able to hold with original bumper with only 3 m tape. You can only put 2 screws that will attached to the original bumper. The rest you will have to drill them to make lip attached to bumper firmly. I do it myself and i am not professional but the result is not that bad. I dont reccommend to you if you are not DIY guy because it is not OEM. You can look it from alibaba source and can PM me , i will give you the contact person. For some reason they dont put on ebay.
