The Multiplayer Open Beta is now available for free in the PSN Store. File size is 802MB.
Dont be discouraged if you run into connection issues. Remember, its a beta. I've given it a few hours-worth of gameplay and I have to say its sooooo much better than KZ2. The controls are great, button response is pretty decent, and movement is very fluid. You can also choose which region you want to play in, based on what part of the world you live in. But if you feel like globe-trotting, you can select a different region to play in.
