What? Volvo is very reliable. As someone who knows people who still DD their 240s and classic Volvos, there is no problem with them. I own a 850 and it drives perfectly well.
My dad owns a '08/9 XC90, it's great. It's never been to a dealer for major problems (not nearly as much as BMWs with their HPFPs and whatnot...). It's comfortable for a family SUV, it's huge, but third row seating is a bit cramped. it's a great car.
