I could not complete the process with FDL coding as the read code didn't work.
I am using ESYS 3.27.1 with psdzdata 4.28.41.
What am I doing wrong ? Is it the psdzdata ?

Try with 3.33.4, that's the one I use for g series programming, I think the older 3.2x releases have issues
