Oh man I am so freaking mad right now. You must have a recently built car? Mine was built in late October and they told me you could not get ACC without the Drivers Assistant Package. Now it seems you can select it as an option.
I just ran the configurator and it will not let you choose DAP with Sunstone. But you can now find ACC as an option.
I will never buy a car again that is not at least a year into production.
X3M Configurator also shows ACC as an option.
Lesson learned.
