Bravo! After searching the internet for days I found this website and this excellent posting! I tried spraying silicone spray 3-in-One at the 'culprit' rubber and felt strip as shown in the picture by DJRobbGordon and the problem is almost gone now. I am going to spray a bit more later today, might have missed a few spots last night. Thanks a lot for this tip!
