I spoke to my knowledgeable BWW parts manager who told me he looked up the part number and that my 2016 X5 bolts would fit my 2019 w 20's M sport brakes.
I picked up the car today and I put the McGards from my 2016 X5 on the 2019 and they fit perfectly.
