Trying to help a friend who's looking at a X5M Competition.

Does anyone have the October 2020 residual % and base money factor for a 10k/year lease on this model?

Also, what is the typical markup dealers try to put onto the money factor? I know I should try to negotiate that down but I'm wondering what the target is in this case.
