Called my SA. Earliest he could get me in with a loaner is 12/18 to do a software update. He said there wasn't one specifically called out for my VIN but he just asked for some issues and said when the guys plug in they'll do any updates needed. So, we'll see. CarPlay is buggy as hell and occasionally the BC button stops working until the car is turned off and on again. Just to name a few.
