No account needed unless you want to contribute.
There are multiple ways. Here are two:
1. Download zip.
https://github.com/packetpilot/bmw-f
a. Extract bmw-f-master.zip
d. Grab xml from cheats folder
2. Go to cheat page:
https://github.com/packetpilot/bmw-f...s/jokinawa.xml
a. Copy lines 1 through end
b. If already have xml and updating, replace text and save
c. If starting new, open text document --> paste --> save as xml.
