Oh, I will be calling BMWNA next week. Yes, the dealer rep supposedly checked into any OTA software updates that my VIN should have received, and he claims none were applicable to my car. I have to believe he is lying and he also told the dealer to not do any software work on my car. So of course if the dealer isn't going to get paid, no work will be done.
I have the dealer reps first name. Don't you just love it when people are afraid to give the last name? But it sounds like the same dealer rep covers the two dealers nearby, no doubt some other dealers, but they are at least 100 miles away.
So BMW should know who it is.
