The left and right gloss air intakes, that are nested In the center of the bumper, as well as the associated tow hitch cover and the blank cover.

The overall install was pretty easy.

0) Remove Front Wheels
1) Remove wheel arch trim
2) Remove wheel wells
3) Remove decorative grills
4) REmove all screws on the bumper itself
5) release clips around the grill
6) Wiggle bumper free
7) Unplug wire harness on the passenger side

Bumper is free

8) Put all parts that are on the list above into the new bumper
9) Bring wire harness from old bumper (unclip sensors and fog lamps)
10) Install all clips and wire harness onto the new bumper
11) Fit to the vehicle
12) Screw in the top and sides of the bumper to the car
13) Srew in Wheel wells
14) attach all other screws around the lower bumper and side trim area
15) re-attach wheel arch trim
16) re-attach front grill

It took me about 5 hours but I was also being extra careful.

Also, there are 4 plastic rivets that you will need from the dealer that is not in the parts list above. I purchased 6 because I thought I would mess a couple up possibly... and I did, so maybe buy 7 to be safe. ($1.50 each). You need a rivit gun to install those.
