Farm Fact for you: I do not premix the concrete. When the ground is this wet, I dump the concrete into the ground dry. Overnight, it will draw water and harden.

Did the same here. Had to hand dig a lot of posts as they kept caving back in. Half were rocky and caved in and half were clay and a real bitch.
