We've decided that we will get another cat, though: At my age of 76 a cat is likely to outlive me. We're upping the ante, though -- thinking of getting two kittens. Have you considered adopting adult cats? You can often find bonded pairs, and inside-ready loungers. These are also the ones that have the hardest time finding homes.
