As the title says, my ambient air is no longer working. Even after putting in new cartridges. Any ideas what might be the issue?

I have set up an appointment for next week, but it's odd - it seems I'm having so many issues with the g06. First-ever BMW purchase and so far I'm questioning whether I made the right choice.
